Not-So Casual Holiday
The holidays are here! it's so weird how Christmas officially starts after ThanksGiving! it's like mom's already have the snowman table cloth under the thanksgiving turkey one ... maybe they do ...
I'm the first one to love a cute holiday dress, but sometimes some of our events are more casual, and just because it's the holiday's that doesn't mean our jeans are not good enough, we just have to find the perfect top to go with them. I recently got this top from Bailey44 and I completely fell in love with it! it has that very elegant look to it and although I tried it different ways, I thought the perfect way to up my denim style was with this top! I tucked the front in to make it a bit more casual. And then true love happened! just when I was looking for the right shoes to pair it with ... my Manolo Blahnik's called out! (fun fact these are actually my wedding shoes! I bought them because I wanted to be able to wear them again, and here they are)
This top has just the right amount of shine and flowy fabric to be worn both day and night! and if you're not sold on the whole denim for parties you can always pair this top with a wide legged pant (my second option) or with a cute skirt. Ahora si llego la navidad! no se les hace chistoso como en estados unidos nada mas pasa Thanksgiving y ya Boom es navidad! es como si las mamas ya tienen el mantel de muñecos de nieve abajo del de thanksgiving y nada mas lo quitan y listo! Estoy segura que si hay muchas que hacen esto jaja
Soy la primera que ama un vestidito para las fiestas y cenas de navidad, pero la verdad hay veces que nada mas te quieres poner unos jeans y que la cosa sea mas casual. Y no porque es navidad significa que ya no te puedes poner tus jeans favoritos, es nada mas cosa de encontrar el look perfecto para poder usarlos! Hace poco me mandaron esta blusa de Bailey44 , y mi primera idea fue usarla con unos pantalones anchos, como mas elegante (y si me probe asî y se ve divina) pero como que andaba buscando un look mas de ir a cenar con los amigos, que se viera vestidor pero no como que se me perdiø la boda (a todas nos ha pasado ... que es mejor a llegar mas fachosa ) entonces me la probe con estos jeans y al momento de buscar con que zapatos ponerme todo el look, vi mis MB (que de hecho son los de mi boda! compre estos porque me encanto como se veîan con jeans y los querîa volver a usar en lugar de que se quedaran guardados para siempre)
Esta blusa tiene lo suficiente de brillo para poder usarla de dîa o de noche, pero si no te convence el look con jeans, siempre puedes usarla con un pantaløn largo o con una falda!
