Hello Tory Sport
Hi Loves!!
For a long time, I had seen track suits worn outside the gym or any kind of workout scenario. But I had never taken the leap, maybe because I had never actually been brave enough to try them out at a store.
Recently I got a chance to visit the new Tory Sport store at The Shop at La Cantera, I got to play dress up and really mix and match their items. It came down to two look; one, a studio high performance outfit (which is getting its own post soon) and two, this one, which I’m calling Gym Chic or maybe a 2017 sporty spice look …
The fact is I fell in love with how these wide leg track pants looked! And not for anything gym related, actually I tried them on with my heels that day! I wasn’t sure but the amazing girls at the store just told me to go for it! And well we did! The sports bra was their idea, but since they have this longer version it goes perfectly! It only shows a bit of skin and not too much (in my opinion) I wouldn’t have gone with a regular sports bra though.
The Jacket!! I mean this is totally a show piece!! One of the reasons why I loved is because I can actually wear it right now! (summer) But then again, I can add sweater or any kind of long sleeve later on for cooler months (it’s actually how it’s on the look book) but for now I’m glad I don’t have to store until this crazy summer heat goes away.
Let me also add that it is a pretty comfy look! you don’t have to wear the crop top and you can also wear these pants with sneakers. Love that I’ll be able to play around with these pieces so much!
I also need to mention the store itself! I confess I was very curious to see this store and the collections, I wasn’t sure what the theme was going to be like, if it was more of an athlesure brand, or maybe a sporty/casual one. The truth it’s a bit of everything including more high impact sportswear, like their studio line! They have real workout gear plus, swimwear both sporty and casual, they have sports attire like tennis and golf AND of course their sporty dressy pieces. The inspiration for the store and many of the pieces is a 70’s vibe! And I absolutely love it! I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out! If you are close to san Antonio you’re going to love the clothes and the store!

¡Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de conocer la tienda nueva de Tory Sport en la cantera, y déjenme les cuento que esta increíble! Les confieso que tenía curiosidad de ver la tienda y sus productos, había escuchado de la marca sporty de Tory Burch, pero no había podido verla. Tenía duda si sería en realidad de ejercicio o una mezcla de todo. Como algunos sabrán me gusta mucho hacer ejercicio y la ropa para el hasta más. ¡La marca tiene todo!! Línea de ropa casual, pero también tiene para ejercicio de alto impacto (ósea para las que si quieren sudar y entrenar) y también tienen colecciones de deportes en específico, como, tennis, golf y natación. ¡Me encanto poder armar este look, al cual siempre le había tenido ganas, algo diferente, siempre veía este estilo de pants, pero no me atrevía a usarlos!
¡Les súper recomiendo echarle un ojo a la marca y si andan por San Antonio les súper recomiendo ir a la tienda en sí! ¡Les quedo súper padre! ¡Y tienen algo para todas!
