I go to NYC quite often, i'm not gonna lie, but for some reason all of my past visits have been paired with cold temperatures, most of them included a day of snow or two. Even last year that I went in late April, spring was in full effect, almost reaching summer. and we get there and my light jacket and trench coat were no match for the "unseasonably cold" spring!

This time around, going in early september guaranteed that for the first time in years I wouldn't have to walk out wearing boots! and i've loved it! don't get me wrong I absolutely love the cold and snow, but seeing central park during summer was just what we needed.

About this top: I recently discovered Storets, and I am obssesed! they carry so many original "outside the box" designs, and well I have a feeling this is my last full summer look, even though Texas is still pretty warm, soon it will be officially fall. How it fits: At first when I saw it online it seemed like it was shorter from the back, which is not a poblem at all. it actually looks like a dress or a cape from the back. and it also looks great with jeans or pants. No importa cuantas veces he ido a NY siempre, por algun motivo, coincidia que hacia frio, muchas de estas veces incluia uno o dos dias de nieve. Hasta el año pasado que estuvimos ahi casi a finales de Abril, practicamente verano! y aun asi tuvimos la suerte de que fuera la primavera mas fria en años! termine teniendo que robarle una chamarra a mi prima. 

Esta vez pudimos ir en pleno verano (bueno finales) y aunque si tuvimos unos dias de lluvia, por primera vez en años pude vestirme con ropa de verano. Y no tener que salir con botas y abrigo.

Esta blusa: Recientemente descubri la tienda online de Storets y estoy obsesionada!!! Tienen diseños super originales y unicos, y ya que seguramente este sera de mis ultimos post de verano, aunque todavia hace mucho calor en Texas ya pronte sera Otoño, habia que aprovechar el momento.

Corte: La blusa es un poco mas larga de lo que se ve en la tienda, o tambien puede ser que yo sea mas chaparra que la modelo :) , lo cual la hace verse un poco como vestido por atras ... no me molesta! tambien me encanta como se ve con pantalones.
