#REVOLVEaroundTheWorld : LA
Hello again!
If there's one shop/brand that I love, shop, and admire it's; Revolve! not only because I always find the cutest things (and just what I need ) but of their work ethic and how they've grown their name into not just and online shop but to an actually brand!
Well this past week I had the honor of joining Revolve in Los Angeles for their #RevolveAroundTheWorld events. Not only was the week filled with great events, the perfect outfits and picture perfect moments, but amazing girls and their team! I must confess as someone who's never really been in the LA scene I was a bit worried if I would fit in, but EVERYONE I met, was sweet and amazing! Thank you Revolve for letting me join the family! At one point I really considered not going because I can be a bit of an insecure-control freak! Arturo couldn't take off work and my best friend couldn't make it out either, so I almost said no because I was worried of going alone and not knowing anyone. But I kinda gave myself a pep talk and before the anxiety started kicking in I slapped myself and yelled snap out of it! this is something you've always wanted to do! Booked my flight and said yes! Later a friend living in LA said she could come with me to the events lol ... all that for nothing!
Now everyday was amazing so here's the roundup!
Day 1: Cocktail Party
What I wore: NBD shirt dress in Small
Day 2: Runyon Park Hike
This was their launch for the new workout brand LoveWave Active. I was so impressed with this set! you all know i'm a sucker for cute (and good) workout gear, well I highly recommend trying LoveWave out, fits perfectly, super cute styles and actually comfortable to workout in!
What I wore: LoveWave Active Black Leggings and Sports Bra - Both in Size Small.
Pool Party: Perfect way to relax after our Hike
What I wore: Long Dress by Tularosa in Small (runs big but is adjustable, I should have gotten the XS but was at the time sold out) First I wore the most darling and flowy beach dress by Tularosa, which is just perfect for summer.
Second look: White Crochet mini dress in Medium - We were asked to pick a white dress since, it would later turn into a white party. I picked this one not only because it was cute but it came with a nude slip under which I removed and wore it over my bathing suit, but later I put the slip again I was good for dinner!
Day 3: #REVOLVEcarnival Santa Monica Pier & ClubREVOLVE
Yes REVOLVE closed down Santa Monica Pier for us! literally every kids dream to have the park to themselves! We played games, got on the rides, ate a lot! just good old fun with amazing people!
What I Wore: Privacy Please Polka Dot set - Both in Small - Absolutely love this set! the skirt can be a bit short so if you want a bit more length size up.
ClubREVOLVE: Party at Club James (a private club)
What I Wore: LPA Sequined kimono dress in Small - if you ever need the perfect shiny outfit this is it! It also comes in a Short and jacket set!

Si hay una marca que me encanta es Revolve! y no nada mas porque tienen la ropa mas linda pero por su historia, etica laboral, y como se han convertido en mucho mas que una tienda en linea. Desde antes de empezar mi blog ya me habia topado con Revolve aunque todavia no era lo que es ahora. Pero bueno para no hacerles el cuento largo, la semana pasada me invitaron a su evento (bueno eventos) de REVOLVE around the world en Los Angeles, y aunque les confieso que casi les digo que no porque no tenia quien me acompañara y no se si sepan pero eso de ir sola a lugares y experiencias nuevas, no se me da muy bien. Entre que me gusta tener control (saber que alguien me puede ayudar con fotos o lo que se ofrezca) y que puedo ser un poco insegura (penosa) pero lo bueno fue que de esas veces que solas nos regañamos y nos decimos "no seas mensa!" no dejes pasar esta oportunidad, pero tambien al final una amiga que vive en LA me acompaño a todo. Y que bueno que lo hice! no solo fue una semana padrisima, eventos unicos, obvio ropa divina pero gente increible! De verdad que TODOS los que conoci un amor, entre bloggers, gente de la industria y el equipo REVOLVE todos lindisimos! Muchisimas gracias Revolve por dejarme ser parte de la familia!
Pero bueno aqui les cuento como estuvo la semana!
Dia 1: Coctel, un tipo coctel de bienvenida, en donde nos pudimos conocer un poco y ver de que se iba a tratar todo mas o menos. Use un vestido de NBD (fotos y links arriba) talla chica y viene en varios colores! de esos vestidos super comodos y que te sacan de cualquier apuro.
Dia 2: Caminata: La primera actividad del dia fue el "hike" en el Runyon Canyon, para celebrar el lanzamiento de la marca LoveWave active que se especializa en ropa de ejercicio y de playa. Me sorprendio muchisimo lo padre que esta esta marca y lo bien que queda! yo use el set negro (tallas chica los dos) Se vendere en exclusivo en Revolve y se los recomiendo mucho!
Pool Party: Que mejor despues de ejercicio? una albercada! Aqui use dos looks uno un vestido largo de playa, de colores pasteles (les recomiendo comprarse una talla mas chica de lo normal porque viene un poco largo aunque se puede ajustar) Despues nos cambiamos todas a un vestido blanco, yo escogi el tejido de Majorelle porque lo vi como dos vestidos en uno. Los puedes usar con el fondo como vestido normal o sin el fondo para dejar lucir un poco el traje de baño.
Dia 3: REVOLVEcarnival - Mis respetos! para este dia si nos super consintieron! tuvimos la feria de Santa Monica todo para nosotras! la verdad de mis dias favoritos. Y de mis looks favoritos! es un set de Privacy please que es de mis marcas favoritas que tiene REVOLVE. igual los dos en tallas chica.
clubREVOLVE: Y para cerrar la semana con broche de oro, una fiesta en el club privado Club James. Aqui use un vestido de lentejuelas estilo kimono de LPA. Nunca he sido mucho de lentejuelas pero este me enamoro! y tambien hay version en short y saco.
En fin una semana increible con gente increible! muchisimas gracias REVOLVE por incluirme!
